A development process for Functional Products: hardware, software, service support system and management of operation

摘要: The development process for a Functional Product (FP) is complex and there need to coordinate, monitor, control share information as well communicate properly among the parties involved in process. This paper proposes conceptual manage FP development, including of hardware, software, service support system how operation an FP. Further, challenges related integrated FPs are also discussed.
