摘要: Abstract Purpose The aim of this study was to compare the results retroperitoneoscopic assisted pyeloplasty (RASP) using EZ access (silicone rubber cap) with open dismembered (ODP) in children. Methods A retrospective review performed patients treated for ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction either RASP or ODP from 2010 2015. For RASP, two 5-mm trocars were placed access. UPJ dissected retroperitoneoscopically and extracorporeally. Patient demographics operative outcomes compared between groups. Results total 50 children included, 25 ODP. Mean patient age 49months group 53months group. Perioperative outcomes, including time (185 vs 188min) postoperative hospital stay (2.0 2.2days), similar skin scar length (17 34mm) significantly smaller success rate (96% 100%) not different Conclusions represents a safe effective single-site procedure This reduces has equivalent surgical type Retrospective comparative study. Levels evidence III.
