Resource recombinations in the firm: knowledge structures and the potential for schumpeterian innovation

摘要: Building on the resource-based view of firm, this paper explores notion ‘resource recombinations’ within firm. We suggest such recombinations can occur when competencies firm (which are interpreted as organized clusters resources) either combine to synthesize novel (synthesis-based recombinations) or experience a reconfiguration relinking with other (reconfiguration-based recombinations).
