摘要: Building on the resource-based view of firm, this paper explores notion ‘resource recombinations’ within firm. We suggest such recombinations can occur when competencies firm (which are interpreted as organized clusters resources) either combine to synthesize novel (synthesis-based recombinations) or experience a reconfiguration relinking with other (reconfiguration-based recombinations). Central is an examination antecedents necessary for innovation occur, and in particular nature knowledge argue that several characteristics (tacitness, context specificity, dispersion) its social organization (the way come be formed institutionalized) will have important consequences likelihoods resource recombinations.
