摘要: Tetracycline may cause fatty infiltration of the liver; more recently, it has been reported to intrahepatic cholestasis with bile duct depletion. However, minocycline, a derivative tetracycline, is not generally recognized be hepatotoxic. We report series six cases presumed minocycline-induced liver injury; five these patients had acute hepatitic illness, whereas one prolonged course histological evidence chronic hepatitis. In addition, three demonstrated abnormal anti-nuclear antibody levels, and positive double-stranded DNA.
