摘要: Colorectal cancer is a major public health concern in all developed countries. Despite decades of advances the treatment and prevention colorectal cancer, it remains second most common cause death. However, optimal method for early detection unknown patient compliance with screening recommendations poor. This has led to development complementary strategies, such as chemoprevention reduce morbidity mortality from cancer. Chemoprevention defined use specific pharmacologic or nutrient agents prevent, reverse, inhibit process carcinogenesis. review was designed discuss promising chemoprevention.
