摘要: Abstract The present study demonstrated that tacrolimus (FK506) induced apoptosis in mitogen-activated human PBMCs and several interleukins (ILs) prevented the apoptosis. Mitogen-activated obtained from healthy subjects treated with 1 ng/ml of FK506 exhibited a DNA-ladder structure agarose-gel electrophoresis. Moreover, quantitative analysis fragmented DNA using cell death detection ELISA, maximal apoptotic induction, whereas >10 glucocorticoids (GCs) or cyclosporine (CsA) was required to achieve induction PBMCs.
