摘要: Abstract Spring viremia of carp virus (SVCV) is a significant pathogenic agent that can cause large-scale outbreaks spring (SVC) in many types fish and bring huge economic losses to the aquaculture industry. A simple convenient detection method imperative for SVCV diagnosis. In this study, real-time reverse transcription recombinase polymerase amplification (RT-RPA) assay was developed validated. Primers probe targeting conserved region M gene were designed applied RT-RPA performed at 39 °C 20 min. The specificity analysis showed no cross-reaction with other viruses found, indicating appropriate assay. vitro transcribed RNA standards used estimate sensitivity limit 102copies/reaction. To further evaluate assay, 65 clinical samples tested using both RT-PCR method. same results observed, suggesting potential application sample detection. This first report on RPA new would be useful laboratory field diagnosis SVCV.
