摘要: "Payments for environmental services (PES) are increasingly discussed as appropriate mechanisms matching the demand with incentives of land users whose actions modify supply those services. While there has been considerable discussion institutional PES, relatively little attention given to inter-relationships between PES institutions and other rural institutions.
