Working together in the neonatal intensive care unit: provider perspectives.

摘要: OBJECTIVES: To elicit healthcare provider perceptions of working together in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). STUDY DESIGN: We conducted focus groups to descriptions how providers work together.
