摘要: The magnetic behavior, magnetocaloric effect (MCE), and refrigeration capacity of the Gd60Al10Mn30 metallic glass containing nanocrystallites Gd are investigated. It is found that temperature dependence magnetization exhibits multiple second-order transitions due to composite effect. resulting entropy change adiabatic compare well with MCE known refrigerants. A high 660Jkg−1, a large operating range around 150K soft behavior make this nanocomposite an attractive candidate as refrigerants in where pure Dy best material currently available.
