摘要: Perfluorochemicals are characterized by their small size and high propensity for carrying oxygen carbon dioxide. This study was undertaken to identify the combined effect of a perfluorochemical (Fluosol-43, 20 ml/kg) chemotherapeutic agent (BCNU, LD10 dose: 13.3 mg/kg) in 9L rat brain tumor model. Brain induced intracerebral implantation glioma cells (7×105 cells) into male CD Fisher 344 rats weighing about 100 g. The growth curve this model exponential, at 7 days after implantation, control animals had macrotumor 51 mg. tumor-bearing on day were randomly divided 5 groups: control; BCNU alone; Fluosol-43 with oxygen; plus BCNU; oxygen. High produced an chamber 95% 5% dioxide, PaO2 maintained between 300 400 mmHg. Control mean survival time 15.23 ± 2.84 (S.D.) days, group showed no prolongation (p>0.2). treatment alone prolonged 20.90 3.80 (p<0.05), whereas further time: 32.27 4.80 which significantly longer than that (p < 0.005). (Fluosol-43) may have synergistic chemotherapy malignant tumor. might oxygenated hypoxic so they became sensitized BCNU. Also, transport hypovascular areas been enhanced
