摘要: The transport of oleanolic acid and its glycosides (3-O-monoglucuronide F 3-O-monoglucoside I) into the vacuoles C. officinalis leaves was studied. It found that these monoglycosides are transported vacuolar space whereas free only binds with tonoplast. depends on pH medium, optimum for monoglucoside I monoglucuronide being 6.0 7.0, respectively. Moreover, it demonstrated I, in contrast to F, ATP at 0.5-2.0 mM concentrations. presented results indicate different mechanisms underlie two compounds vacuoles.
