摘要: Abstract Levels of allergen-specific IgE and IgG antibodies were determined in serum samples from 60 atopic 11 normal dogs by means commercially available elisa test kits a panel 33 allergens. In the population, most commonly identified with specificity for Dermatophagoides farinae (78·3 per cent affected dogs), D pteronyssinus (61·6 cent), mould mix (25 cent) house dust (19 whereas frequently detected had (38·3 (33·3 insect (16·6 meadow fescue cent). The subclass profile was five representative allergens panel. response to dominated IgG4 antibodies, although lower levels IgG2, IgG3 IgGl also detected. Timothy grass predominantly within IgGI subclasses. selection broader, relatively low level reactions all four data suggest degree restriction Immoral immune canine atopy which may be dependent upon nature allergen.
