摘要: A flexible disk grinding process model was developed based on the dynamic relationship proposed by Kurfess and influence of major system parameters which potentially affect studied. Due to complexities, several new were assumed be kinematically dependent geometric layouts process. Different stages had been defined depending kinematic relationships between workpiece. trend depth cut simulated using compared with empirically measured data in two dimensions. a poor prediction capability first model, modified better performance has proved reveal closer description processed surface quality. Also deflection length verified different analytical approach.
