摘要: Abstract The cell cycle and phase times of human lymphocytes responding to PHA have been analysed with the percent labelled metaphases (PLM) technique. range generation (13–18 h) DNA synthesis (6.5–10.5 reported here compare well previous measurements in literature. Cycle analyses early cells initial response, selected partial anti-PHA serum inhibition, restimulated yield relatively well-defined PLM curves. short measured from these curves may reflect cycles after stimulation or a subpopulation cells. Analyses at two during both restimulation responses suggest that lengthen time stimulation. poor response released inhibition indicate considerable intercellular variation times. Cells long G 1 contribute this variation. dose does not appear affect time.
