摘要: Polyglucose dialysis solution (PG-DS) decreases serum amylase activity owing to interference in the analytical method. The can make it difficult diagnose pancreatitis. Our aim was check whether, during PG-DS administration, lipase changes simultaneously with activity, and, if so, what reason is for detected change. Studies were started 14 continuous ambulatory peritoneal (CAPD) patients whom 7.5% applied overnight exchange. In addition standard clinical and laboratory data, of total evaluated at 1.6 +/- 0.8 months before introduction (period I, n = 14), after 1.2 0.6 administration II, 4.4 III, 11), 8.8 2.2 IV, 9), 2.0 discontinuation V, 11). also added from CAPD known lipase. Immediately 3 hours addition, a significant decrease seen; unchanged. consecutive study periods, results (median range) were: activity--50 U/L (12-131 U/L), 59 (25-160 U/L; p < 0.05 vs period I), 73 (26-158 66 (30-203 44 (15-112 U/L); activity--81 (43-249 (5-82 I V), 15 (5-192 (10-93 118 (4-221 U/L). An increase over normal range (27-65 U/L) not accompanied by symptoms pancreatic dysfunction, but rises shown blood urea nitrogen, level creatinine calcium, calcium phosphorus product. confirm influence on determinations, exclude measurements, indicate that long-term influences exocrine function subclinical level.
