摘要: Four gene regions were sequenced for 30 species of jumping spiders, most from the subfamily Dendryphantinae, to investigate their molecular phylogeny and evolution. These are three mitochondria (ca. 560 bp 16S plus adjacent tRNA, 1047 cytochrome oxidase 1 (CO1), 414 NADH1 (ND1) one region nuclear genome 750 28S). Parsimony likelihood analyses these separately together support monophyly dendryphantines as delimited previously by morphological characters. A group elongate-bodied genera placed basal among dendryphantines, proposed relationships Poultonella, Paraphidippus, Sassacus vitis confirmed. Comparison overall rates evolution indicates striking differences across regions, with highest divergence in ND1, CO1, 16S, 28S decreasing order. All four characterized both within- among-site rate variation. Phylogenetic results CO1 conflict conspicuously phylogenetic other genes data. Attempts account potential sources this (e.g., accommodating biased base composition, high homoplasy, variation, etc.) largely unsuccessful.
