摘要: Compliance with outpatient practice guidelines is low and clinical reminders have had variable success in improving adherence rates. We surveyed primary care physicians (PCPs) regarding the perceived utility of electronic for both routine health maintenance (HM) items chronic disease management. Most PCPs preferred receiving an format rather than a paper format. Electronic were felt to be more useful HM diabetes The majority clinicians that significantly improved overall quality.
