摘要: For many service organizations, employees are the “providers of values” to customers. Yet prescriptions for productivity challenges sector usually focus on automation and other technologies. Based case example Virginia Blood Services, a health services organization in highly dynamic blood transfusion segment health‐care industry, illustrates how utilize more effectively through internal marketing adopting management by team approach, one that is quite different from currently popular approach emphasizes self‐directed work teams.
