摘要: The present invention relates to microparticles, particularly spherical silica which may be useful in liquid chromatography. Specifically, the microparticles include a solid core and an outer porous shell surrounding irreversibly joined core. is composed of plurality colloidal nanoparticles, are applied using electrostatic multi-multilayering method. resulting have small particle diameter, such as about 1 μm 3.5 μm, high density, 1.2 g/cc 1.9 g/cc, surface area, 50 m2/g 165 m2/g. These can used form packed beds chromatographic columns, more efficient rugged than conventional columns.
