摘要: After several decades of research on the subject, we now know when first livestock reached southern Africa but question how they got there remains a contentious topic. Debate centres whether were brought with large migration Khoe-speakers who originated from East Africa; or traded down-the-line among hunter-gatherer communities; indeed was long history diverse small scale population movements in this part world, one more which ‘infiltrated’ into Africa.
