摘要: Psychological stress and atopic dermatitis (AD) symptoms appear to form a vicious cycle. This study compared the degree of impairment dermatology life quality between patients with AD healthy controls, examined for neuropeptides neurotrophins associated in AD. Questionnaires, comprising five tests evaluating depression, anxiety, interaction anxiousness, private body consciousness, quality, were age- sex-matched (n = 28) controls (n = 28). Immunohistochemical staining nerve growth factor, substance P, corticotrophin-releasing factor receptor neuropeptide Y was performed AD-involved normal skin. Patients showed high scores on all questionnaires, including Beck Depression Inventory, state trait Interaction Anxiousness Scale, Private Body Consciousness subscale, Dermatology Life Quality Index. All parameters, except higher values than (p < 0.001). Statistically significant correlations observed each psychological parameter Among clinical only pruritus positively correlated anxiety (R = 0.573, p < 0.05) (R = 0.525, p < 0.05). The Eczema Area Severity Index score did not show any parameters. Nerve factor-reactive cells more abundantly intensely both epidermis dermis involved skin (n = 4) (n = 3) (p = 0.022 0.029, respectively). Also, number intensity Y-positive significantly greater entire (p = 0.029 0.026, We conclude that may be induction through neuro-peptide factor.
