摘要: We evaluated the short-term safety and effectiveness of our comprehensive anticalcification procedure in swine model. Our consisted four steps, including decellularization with sodium dodecyl sulfate tritonX-100, space filler treatment polyethylene glycol (PEG), glutaraldehyde cross-linking organic solvent, detoxification glycine. simultaneously implanted both commercially available bovine pericardial patch (Supple Peri-Guard) novel processed by into main pulmonary artery seven pigs. Every pig underwent a cardiac angiography was killed on postoperative day 28. The extracted patches were stained hematoxylin eosin. All pigs survived for 4 weeks without any complication. Cardiac showed absence leakage structural problem. Neointimas formed evenly intimal hyperplasia. There no significant differences degree inflammation, necrosis, calcification between (p = 0.450, p 0.317, 0.999). Novel using similar to existing cardiovascular early surgical results could facilitate appropriate bioprosthetic properties pericardium.
