摘要: The study was carried out to examine morphological and physiological effects of different levels fat in compound extruded feed for carp. A 90 days experiment performed tanks with water flow 0.34 L min−1, stocked each 29 specimens carp, average weight 15.4 ± 4.2 g. fish fed 3 diets containing 38 % protein 8, 12 or 16 (feed L8, L12, L16, respectively). Body gain, specific growth rate, food conversion ratio, efficiency condition factor, liver intestine histology morphometry some blood biochemical parameters were analysed. At the end experiment, a difference established between L8 compared carp L12 L16 all parameters. For several other parameters, nuclear area hepatocytes, nuclear/cytoplasm enterocytes height intestinal folds’ length, found. histological analysis revealed that normal structure prevailed, but changes observed regardless diet type. In hepatopancreas, more prominent found around pancreatic tissue—particularly, increased number size adipocytes. Although within values, diet-fed plasma triglycerides total proteins. According results obtained this study, best achieved using 8 fat.
