Information communication technologies, i.e. tools aimed at communicating informing, assistive technologies designed to maintain older peoples' increasing safety, human-computer interaction supporting with motility cognitive impairments as humanoid robots, exoskeletons, rehabilitation service robots companion-type are interdisciplinary topics both research clinical practice. most promising applications housing safety guarantee remaining their own homes communities, mobility improve gait by isolation, management medications transportation. Many factors impair broad use age, including psychosocial ethical issues, fear losing human interaction. A substantial lack appropriate trials establish physical or performances and/or subjects caregivers suggest that classical biomedical model not be optimal choice evaluate people. In conclusion, successful development requires great effort collaboration integrate into existing health social systems aim fit adults' everyday life.
