摘要: The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions having antiendotoxic activity, comprising as the active component a fraction which can be isolated from lactulase syrup by means of absorption at sulphonated polystyrene cation resin in Ca2+ - form and elution with suitable solvent. lactulose obtained basic isomerization lactose elevated temperature, optionally presence sodiumsulphite.
