摘要: Whiskers having a diameter of 0.1-10 μm and length 5-200 are pelletized granulated into agglomerates which have size mm bulk density 0.2-1.0 kg/liter. To pelletize, powders whiskers moistened with water while mixing to form primary aggregates. Then, the aggregates subjected rolling movement cause grow secondary desired distribution. Finally, dried obtain or whiskers. Handling is facilitated because less bulky likely fly up in air. When blended molding materials for fiber reinforcement, however, readily disintegrated back separated individual fibers provide homogeneous dispersion.
