摘要: In this paper, based on the matrix measure method and Halanay inequality, global exponential stability problem is investigated for complex-valued recurrent neural networks with time-varying delays. Without constructing any Lyapunov functions, several sufficient criteria are obtained to ascertain of addressed under different activation functions. Here, functions no longer assumed be derivative which always demanded in relating references. addition, results easy verified implemented practice. Finally, two examples given illustrate effectiveness results.
