摘要: Green building has emerged as a new type of to mitigate the conflict between rapid expansion buildings and deteriorating ecological environment, thus promoting ecologically sustainable development projects. However, green suffers from issues such high initial costs complicated process. In this study, system dynamics (SD) approach been used investigate (GBD) in China. The validity GBD-SD model verified further applied simulate GBD city Wuhan. Three problems current Wuhan have identified based on analysis simulated results: (1) slow-paced GBD; (2) imbalanced supply demand; (3) low overall level. Furthermore, three strategies proposed accordingly solve those problems. This study provides comprehensively understand dynamic relationships participants may shed light for policy-makers.
