摘要: Abstract Al 2 O 3 –TiC/TiCN–Fe composite powders were successfully prepared directly from ilmenite at 1300–1400 °C. The effects of Al/C ratio, sintering atmosphere, and reaction temperature time on the products investigated. Results showed that nitrogen atmosphere was beneficial to reduction formation powders. When between 600 1100 °C, intermediate products, TiO , Ti 5 4 7 found, which changed TiC or TiCN higher temperature. ratio found affect process synthesis products. addition 0.5 mol, phase did not appear. content carbon in rose when increased.
