摘要: The stimulating effect of rHuEPO on erythropoiesis has been shown in several studies, using bone marrow cell culture or animal models. To investigate the findings vivo, we studied cellularity, myeloid: erythroid (M:E) ratio, an estimate number megakaryocytes, any cytomorphologic maturation abnormalities, and storage iron before after 3 months treatment with 10 chronic hemodialyzed patients.
