摘要: A retrospective analysis. To examine the natural history of renal scarring in spinal cord injured population. United Kingdom. All patients with scars at our establishment were considered eligible. total 27 identified. No patient had presentation on radiological imaging. annual imaging a mean follow up period 19.1 years. The presence new was as evidence progression. In all, 59% kidneys developed time interval between injury and scar development 13 Of these scars, only 15.6% demonstrated progression process. There no deaths due to causes. aetiology is multifactorial. findings this study suggest that population predominantly nonprogressive process once has developed.
