摘要: Much recent academic and public discourse has centred on the fate of non-metropolitan Australia under successive federal neoliberal reform agendas. This paper discusses creative networks in areas light this, with a focus issues youth unemployment out-migration. First, it draws research industry development New South Wales Far North Coast to assess efficacy as source new Job growth rural areas. Second, more broadly, Entertainment Industry Association (NCEIA), nascent network region. Several observations are drawn from its experiences. Creative face problems informal itinerant membership, anti-socialisation attitudes. Yet they appear have substantial role improving conditions viability for vulnerable cultural producers.
