摘要: Booming AIE universe has set off an upsurge in recent years, driving much innovation academic, industrial and medical world. Superb reliability biocompatibility equip dots with tremendous potential for fluorescence bioimaging even clinical translation. The utilization on non-human primates imaging are vital assisted theranostics, which still remains unexplored yet. Additionally, second near-infrared window (NIR-II, 900-1700 nm) is widely recognized as effective technology deep-penetration mammals optical imaging. Here, we designed a novel AIEgen large molar extinction coefficient of nearly 5×10e4 /(mM cm) at 770 nm the PEGylated possessed extremely high NIR-II photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) 13.6%, exhibiting bright beyond 1100 1500 (near-infrared IIb, NIR-IIb). Assisted by dots, large-depth cerebral vasculature (beyond 600 μm) well real-time blood flowing were monitored through skull high-spatial-frequency non-invasive NIR-IIb gave precise presentation gastrointestinal tract marmosets. Importantly, after intravenous or oral administration, definite excretion from body was demonstrated. It first attempt wished this work could promote development application.
