摘要: Dy3+ and Eu3+ activated Ca3Y2Si3O12 phosphors were synthesized by the solid-state synthesis method. The characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), mechanoluminescence (ML), thermoluminescence (TL) photoluminescence (PL) to determine structure luminescence. For ML glow curves, only one peak was observed, as type of luminescence centre formed during irradiation. Ca3Y2Si3O12:Dy3+ TL curve showed a single at 151.55°C Ca3Y2Si3O12:Eu3+ peaked 323°C with small 192°C, indicating that two types traps activated. trapping parameters for both samples calculated using Chen's shape Dy3+-activated emission 482 574 nm when excited 351 excitation wavelength, whereas Eu3+-activated phosphor PL spectra peaks 613 nm, 591 580 395 wavelength.
