摘要: In 82 cataract patients the power of pseudophakos to be implanted was determined. Axial length and anterior chamber depth were measured by ultrasound. The results keratometry echographic data used for lens calculation. For accurate prediction estimated postoperative is importance. advantages measuring axial with an immersion technique are discussed. Using R. D. Binkhorst’s formula in a series 32 Binkhorst iris-clip lenses mean error + 0.16 D standard deviation ± 0.81 obtained. group 50 Kelman Quadraflex 0.17 0.66 An greater than 2.0 could not observed.
