摘要: The clinical syndrome of depression is characterized by significant and long-term changes in mood cognitive function. One the most salient symptoms a major depressive episode failure to obtain pleasure from activities that previously brought enjoyment (Klein, 1974). Recreational activities, sex, eating now provide little or no gratification. individual as depressed, sad, hopeless, discouraged.
