摘要: This work has attempted to provide answer the interaction of sonolysis and enzymatic treatment on degradation recalcitrant dyes in a combined treatment. The model system comprises two dyes, acid red malachite green as pollutants, along with horseradish peroxidase enzyme ultrasound 20 kHz frequency. A dual approach coupling experimental results simulations cavitation bubble dynamics been adopted. Utilization oxidation potential found be function convection level medium. Cavitation phenomenon is have an adverse effect action due generation high amplitude shock waves, which denature enzyme. Degradation dye at static pressure increases absence energy (or collisions) between molecules, are beneficial towards latter. High intensity generated by also obviates need for external shielding agent such PEG that prevents attachment phenoxy radicals blocks active sites
