摘要: The measurement of Raman optical activity (ROA) is one the few techniques available to discriminate between enantiomers a chemical compound. As spectroscopic technique, it much easier apply than, for example, crystal structure determination by anomalous dispersion and more widely applicable than circular dichroism in UV/Vis spectral region. A wide range macromolecule biological molecule applications described this article.
