摘要: A method for administering a protein having intracellular biological activity into the interior of living skin cells, which lie below skin's stratum corneum, is provided. The comprises steps of: (a) encapsulating in liposomes; and (b) applying liposomes to outer surface so that encapsulated traverses corneum membranes said cells thereby delivered by cells. In certain preferred embodiments, are pH sensitive liposomes. other DNA repair enzyme, such as T4 endonuclease V.
