摘要: Abstract In this paper, polycrystalline materials of BaWO 4 were synthesized by solid-state phase method, and a single crystal was successfully grown along c -axis direction using the Czochralski method. Up to 20×22×80 mm 3 obtained, X-ray powder diffraction results show that as-grown belongs scheelite structure.
