摘要: Isothermal magnetization data in the critical region of ferromagnetic transition for Co-doped SnO2-based diluted magnetic semiconductor were measured and analyzed terms modified Arrott plot method and, independently by Kouvel–Fisher method. The exponents β,γ, δ, corresponding to spontaneous magnetization, initial susceptibility isothermal respectively, determined values are found be comparable mean-field model. exponent consistent with Widom scaling relation universal hypothesis. temperature variation effective is show characteristic behavior a disordered system.
