摘要: A new method based on ion exchange chromatography with integrated pulsed amperometric detection has been developed for simultaneous determination of underivatized biogenic amines and applied to the analysis cadaverine, putrescine, spermidine, histamine in fish products. The were extracted from products a mixture 5% aqueous trichloroacetic acid, 6N hydrochloric andn-heptane. extract was passed through C18 cartridge separated by cation an IonPac CS10 column using gradient elution. Detection performed amperometry, resulted estimated limits 5 ng 12 cadaverine histamine, 25 spermidine. linear range 0.025 μg injected amine. This such asScombridae andClupeidae. average recoveries greater than 92%.
