摘要: Background: The use of ultrasound to establish pregnancy location, viability and gestational age in the first trimester is well established. In addition conventional uses early pregnancy, interventional may also be used guide clinicians during surgical procedures for management complications (i.e. treatment ectopic caesarean section scar molar retained products conception, removal intra-uterine devices pregnancy). Aims: This review discusses role as it pertains complications, particularly with regard conjunction modalities. Materials Methods: was based on recently published research, cited PubMed database, regarding either transvaginal or transabdominal assist complications. Conclusions: diagnostic capabilities plays an important various complications. With advent more conservative approaches a viable option which not only safe experienced hands but enables fertility preservation.
