摘要: In Italy the supply of Lifelong Learning (LLL) is shaped as a system local services addressed to an unspecified educational demand that acknowledged by public institutions only in quantitative terms. Thus, Italian also lacks legitimation opinion. The present paper presents case Provincia Autonoma Trento whose particular LLL based on long tradition and high degree internal differentiation; moreover it highly fragmented very bureaucratized. draws upon empirical study, conducted 2008, which highlights main challenges modern would have face if aims develop from assistance-ritualized approach active personal capability-oriented one.
