摘要: During solar flares fast electron beams generated in the corona are non-thermal radio sources terms of type III bursts. Sometimes they can enter into interplanetary space, where be observed by in-situ measurements as it is done e.g. WIND spacecraft. On other hand, source X-ray radiation RHESSI, if precipitate toward dense chromosphere due to bremsstrahlung. Since these energetic electrons and at another site, study transport such space special interest. The influenced global magnetic electric field well local Coulomb collisions with particles background plasma.
