摘要: Dopamine (DA) is a neuromodulator in the brainstem involved with generation and modulation of autonomic respiratory activities. Here we evaluated effect microinjection DA intracisterna magna (icm) or into caudal nucleus tractus solitarii (cNTS) on baseline cardiovascular parameters responses to chemoreflex activation awake rats. Guide cannulas were implanted cisterna cNTS femoral artery vein catheterized. Respiratory frequency (f(R)) was measured by whole-body plethysmography. Chemoreflex activated KCN (iv) before after icm bilaterally while mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) f(R) recorded. Microinjection (n=13), but not (n=8) produced significant decrease MAP (-15+/-1 vs 1+/-1mmHg) HR (-55+/-11 -11+/-17bpm) relation control (saline ascorbic acid, n=9) no changes f(R). pressor, bradycardic tachypneic activation. These data show that a) affects regulation, components b) does affect either activity system
