摘要: The establishment of the Dutchess County Unit was predicated on opinion that "chronic hospitalization and disability can be reduced by . a comprehensive psychiatric service based upon small, community-oriented, open public mental hospital [providing] maximum continuity care. .1 It believed such reduction in chronic could achieved among long-stay patients from already Hudson River State Hospital when opened. Consequently, majority these were transferred into buildings housing shortly before it opened, later, as beds became available, most this group came Unit. One segment evaluation studies is concerned with estimating effect behavior functioning cohort patients.
