摘要: Abstract In this paper we critically review and analyse the main theoretical definitions calculations of sub-barrier tunnelling reflection times . Moreover, propose a new, physically sensible definition such durations, on basis recent general formalism (already tested for other types quantum collisions). Finally, discuss some surprising results regarding temporal evolution processes.
