摘要: Embryonic stem cells are characterized with two specific properties: self renewal and differentiation potential. pluripotent that can be differentiated into three kind of germ layers; ectoderm, endoderm, mesoderm. These properties make them ideal for developmental research, toxicology transplantation in animal model human diseases. spontaneously layer cells, but direct differentiation, molecules growth factors involved natural development desired must well to gain a proper vitro. There increasing numbers death because liver disease failure organ our country the world. This made cell scientists work on embryonic hepatocyte like create an accessible source regenerative medicine future, also establish derived vitro screening drugs. In this review we will summarize process including incorporate as template mouse then discuss related studies techniques analyzing functionality cells.
